Anime Nerd

So, something wonderful has happened, something you could put right up there with Christmas and Birthdays.  What is happening is...

MY WIFE IS WATCHING NARUTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have done it folks, I have made her into an anime nerd just like myself.  This took years and years of making her watch anime with me, it is now official, the battle has been won.  Although she is now watching Naruto I have gotten her to watch other anime's as well, these include Darker Than Black, Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood and other various anime's.  I feel like this is the real starting point folks, now I can finally introduce her to One Piece, Bleach and Initial D.  This could be chalked up to being one of the happiest days of my life.

Now if only I could get her to read Manga, then we would be set. ^_^(Asian smiley face)

A New Job

Just as the title of this blog implies, I have accepted a new job at another casino that is located in Coarsegold CA.  The casino is called Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino and I have been given the job of Slot Floor Supervisor.  I am very excited to start this new job, we are going to be moving thanks to this job offer as well, most likely to Oakhurst CA which will bring us a lot closer to both of our parents.  The job at this new casino is a lot like the one I have been doing at Black Oak Casino with the exception of me being inside the cage, this time I am out on the casino floor for my whole eight hours.  I used to do a job similar to the one I have gotten, being on the casino floor is a lot of fun, I get to interact with all the guests and the other employees.  I'm looking forward to this very very much.

Although it has been a while so I have been using the wiki a lot more then I probably should lol, but either way I'm happy i'm back to playing this game.  I've also got it for my iphone so I've been taking advantage of that outlet as well as my computer.

You know what, lets do some quickie news, BYAHHHHHH!!!!!!

We have been watching Ponyo a whole lot in our house due to my 2 year old loving it with all of his heart.  To be honest it's actually a great movie and most of the time I don't mind watching the movie with him.

My grandma is sick with the stomach flu, poor lady.  I wanted to take the family to see her today but she said no.  Lets hope that she gets better soon.

I was messing with my wife's facebook earlier since she left her profile logged in when I got onto our laptop, so this is what i wrote in her status.  "I go poo poo in my pee pee pants when I do the scoopy dance. Bleep bloop boopity doo".  She was only semi amused by this.

My Tattoo's

So I recently went out and got a new tattoo at the local tattoo parlor near my house, the place is called West Side Ink and its located in Tuolumne.  Its a pretty bad ass shop and pretty well renowned around the area that I live due to it's owner, his name is Tree and everyone I've ever talked to about him and his tattoo's say that he is the best in Tuolumne County.  My tattoo was not done by Tree but instead was done by one of the other artists who happen to work at his parlor.  That mans name is Anthony and just to clarify, he is a bad ass with a tattoo gun.  I couldn't be happier with the way that my new tattoo came out, here are some reasons.

1.  The lines on my Tattoo are so smooth and precise it makes me want to cry
2.  He was such a down to Earth guy that I enjoyed the conversation that we had and I also ended finding out                 that we are neighbors.
3.  Last but not least my tattoo was pretty reasonably priced, he could have tried to take advantage of me but he did not(And I don't mean sexually^_^)

So getting the new tattoo has inspired me to talk about the other tattoo's I have, kind of give some commentary on them and what not.  So, join me on this trip down memory lane.

Tattoo #1

This is the first tattoo that I ever put on my body, as you can see it is a goth angel with the red and black for her back ground and is on the left side of my chest more near my left shoulder.  This image was from the album cover of the first EP that my old band(Forgotten Masterpiece) and I made.  I loved the image so much that I decided to get it tattoo'd on me, this piece took about 4-5 hours and unfortuantly is not done yet.  The wings are supposed to be the same color as the back ground but I never went back in to have it finished.  I got this tattoo when I was 22, it took a long time to find an image that I was passionate enough about to get it immortalized on my body.  I still love this tattoo to this day, I don't generally try to get images that I will regret in the future.  So that is number one, the first one, the one true love of my tattoo's, isn't she a beauty.

Tattoo #2

Ok, so this was the second tattoo that I got, I was 22 as well when I decided to get this one put on my right forearm.  This image is from Naruto, it's the Hidden Village of the Sand's crest, this and my third tattoo are two of the most nerdiest things I have on my body.  Now, this tattoo is bittersweet, I love it and this is what I wanted but as you can see the guy who did it sucked balls.  Believe it or not he was a professional and I paid $60 for this which now thinking about it was a huge rip off.  Despite the obvious flaws of this tattoo I still love it and I do plan on getting it fixed in the future.  I'm actually happy that i don't remember the guy's name who did this tattoo because I would be putting him on blast right now, he should really go back to being an apprentice because he still has a lot to learn.  Oh, and a side note, the guy was like in his 40's and was a "renowned"(I use that very loosely) tattoo artist in Tuolumne County.

Tattoo #3

Last but not least we are finally onto my third and final tattoo which was done last week.  I already explained who did this tattoo and how awesome he was so lets go into what this means and why I got it put on me.  So, if you have ever watched the animated series Avatar: The Last Air Bender or the shitty movie rendition that M. Night Shamalan called The Last Air Bender then you probably think that this looks familiar because it is the Water Tribe symbol.  Now, I originally was not going to get this, in fact, I was just going to get the water sign for Aquarius but that is when my awesome wife suggested getting the water tribe symbol since it kind of had the Aquarius sing in it already.  Kudos to that wonderful woman of mine^_^  So, I went and got it put on me, I like this tattoo a lot, it took me about 4 years from my last tattoo to this one, but I finally got another one, the lines are smooth and it just pops.  Anthony at West Side Ink did a great job and I urge everyone in the Tuolumne area to go get some work done by him, you wont regret it.

Corcoran CA

So tomorrow my wife, the kids and myself are travelling back to Corcoran so that we can pick up our Durango and so that my wife can get some things done there.  My wife just spent about two weeks there this month as well visiting her parents and her sister and nieces since both of them live in Corcoran.  Now in case your wondering, "Where is Corcoran?".  Let me inform you...

Corcoran is a very small town about an hour east of Fresno, you can get there by taking 41 East when you enter Fresno or you can wait till you get to Selma and follow a small two lane highway to Corcoran as well.  There is literally nothing in Corcoran other then some fast food franchise's and a Prison which is most likely the only reason that town is even still alive since most of the guards and employee's live in the surrounding towns, one of those towns being Corcoran.  Also I am pretty sure that there is onyl like 10 white families that live in the town as well, its like the opposite of Mariposa which is my home town and has like a 95/100% white family racio.  One thing that is great about Corcoran is that my wife's parents make me awesome authentic Mexican food, BOOOOOOOO fudgin YAHHHHHHH.  Other then this Corcoran is a town that you will most likely never even pass thru since you can just bypass it by taking 99 North.  On the off chance that you did pass by it you would most likely miss it due to blinking.

Housing

My wife and I have recently been chatting about getting some land and a manufactured home for said land, this would make it our own... Or the banks until we payed off the loan.  I'm excited, I have never owned a house before and revel in the fact that this is a strong possibility, this would get me out of renting which I have been doing since I was at the tender age of 18.  One of the coolest things about this is that we are probably going to get at least an acre or two of land, so if I so desire I could always have a tennis/basketball court built behind the house.  EPIC!!!!!!!!  Once this is done I could make my two children play and practice one of the two until they are the best, I will be like Tiger Woods father or the Williams sister's father.  YOU WILL PRACTICE AND YOU WILL LIKE IT^_^
I have been thinking of other things I would like to see on our land.  One thing I think we need as soon as possible would be some kind of car port/cover, kind of like the metal ones that are just a foundation with exposed sides and a cover on the top.  This way when it snows we do not have to dig our cars out, instead we would only have to worry about digging a space wide and long enough to reach the road.

I know this is going to sound stupid but I have had two more followers on my twitter int he last two days, this excites me.  My twitter doesn't have a whole lot of people so when I get any kind of new follower I like to celebrate.  This is stupid but it makes me happy.

Onto other things.

I have been playing Batman: Arkham City, it is amazing, just as amazing as everyone has been saying.  This game got a perfect 10 in Game Informer and it so rightly deserved it's piece of perfection.  To be honest I did not think that it was going to be this good, I was a silent nay sayer, then I played it and have almost beat it and am just flabbergasted with how amazing it is.  Such a well rounded, fun and exciting game to play, this makes me ^_^

The Un-Happy

Oh my lanta, even when you try to make others happy and what not they still find a way to make something into a negative, it's annoying.

Onto other things, one sentence rant is finished.

My youngest son has started rolling over, its amazing and at the same time scary because sooner then later he is going to start crawling and after that walking and then terrorizing the house along with his older brother.  I think that they are expertly set up to be partners in crime for sure, if not, then mortal enemies.  The end outcome has yet to be decided.  To be honest I cant wait to enroll them into sports, my hope is that sooner or later they will be on the same team and I can watch them tag team it up like little boss's and just be little sports stars.  Or they will beat up the kids that mess with them, either way it will be awesome.

The band I am currently in is still on a Hiatus of sorts, our drummer is getting married this week, then they have a honeymoon and then hopefully we can get back into making music.  I know I am looking forward to this because I have been feeling super music depraved as of lately, I need it in my life or I will go crazy, that's a fact.  Until this moment I will have to wait, definitely not patiently but in some way shape and form.

Oh, and one other thing...

ONLY ONE

I am now the proud owner of my own set of glasses, they are thick and are fucking up my depth perception, this shall take some time to get used to.  I got them today and literally wore them for about 30 minutes before I had to go to bed so that I would wake up well rested for my work night.  I gotta say they are very nice glasses, I feel smarter even though I know that I am not smarter due to wearing said glasses, but none the less I still feel smarter.  The funny thing is that they make my eye's look bigger then they really are, like anime eye's.  I AM NOW AN ANIME CHARACTER!!!!!!!!!!

I generally don't talk about my wife in most of my online interactions like a blog, facebook and everything of that nature.  But I have to this time, why you ask?  Because she is fucking awesome, THAT IS WHY!!!!!!!  However let me start this tale from the beginning.

My wife hates when I play Call of Duty: Black Ops due to how angry I get while playing it.  She recently had had enough and hid it from me so that I could not play it and in return she would not get pissed off at how I cuss like a sailor while I play said game.  To be honest I was ok with this because my controller is all fucked up from the many times that I have thrown it to the ground in a blind rage and it now loves to make it so I stop running at random intervals and randomly just pull out my claymore's while I am in the middle of trying to kill someone with my gun.  So to recap, I was alright with it being vanished.  Well yesterday it magically appears, I was happy but I still couldn't play it so the joke was on me at this point, which is fine, what ever.  Well when I woke up from my nap she informed me that she had bought me another controller and all we had to do was pick it up at Best Buy(This was not in my plans and surprised me tot he fullest).  So now I can play Black Ops and she can continue to be mad at me cussing.  Lets hope this time that i can stick to my word and keep the angry words to a minimum.
