Supporting Some Awesome People

I am posting tonight to just bring some attention to some awesome web sites, youtube pages and just all around awesome people.  These are things that are must see and made by some of the most talented people that I know.  The first thing I want you to check out is:

Will Terrell is a man who I am following on Twitter , Instagram and if he had a YouTube page then I would be subscribed to that as well.  I'm assuming that Will has an actual job some where but for the most part makes these awesome sketches which I'm sure he gets paid for in some way as well.  Ever since viewing this mans art and sketches I have begun to see people in the same way that he sketches them.  Often times thinking to myself, "how would Will Terrell draw that person.".  Followed by the image in my head and then a low chuckle once I finally have the mental image.  I wish that he had a Penny-Arcade type comic that he would put these people in, I'm sure it would do very very well.  Will is a person who has great talent when it comes to his style of art, I can not express to you how much I enjoy viewing what he creates.  It seems now that I am just talking him up to you(the viewer), but please, if you do one thing today that is out of your normal routine.  Make it viewing Will's site.  You wont regret it.

I have a friend that I work with named Praseut Yang.  He created a YouTube page called SuperBadFilm which specializes in videos that are primarily in the Hmong language.  A lot of his videos have sub-titles as well, but he does have a few that do not.  Almost all of his videos deal with Hmong culture and the norms set upon them thru family traditions and what not.  His YouTube page is nothing short of amazing.  He has garnered over 4,000 subscribers and over a million views in the short time that Praseut has started his film company.  The editing on these videos is great as well and to be honest, Praseut has given me a ton of pointers when it comes to editing the videos that I make for my YouTube page.  He is a great friend and an equally great film maker.  So go check out his page today, don't forget to subscribe to it and watch some of the vids.  I'm sure that once you watch them you will be giving them "likes" as if they were going out of style^_^


So that's all, I feel really passionate about both of the people who I have mentioned in this blog.  Both are awesome people and have been able to make something that has meaning, value and substance in a world of people doing the same thing over and over again.  These pages deserve your views and you owe it to yourself to check something out that will most likely blow your mind.

Videos/Moving

I've been trying to make more content for my youtube page(youtube.com/theflarida) latley and it's going a little slower then I expected.  However I have been enjoying the content that I have been putting out, I have also been paying attention to other people's pages as well.  Im kind of trying to get an idea for trends and other things that I think my demographic would enjoy seeing from me.  As of right now I am only putting out vlogs and Modern Warfare 3 gameplay, the hard part is trying to do something witht hose two that have not been done yet.  So many people are doing the same thing that i am doing that sometimes it makes it hard to come up with some fresh ideas.  But, I am still trying and am satisfied with what I am putting out, I just have to find a way to put out content on a more consistent basis.  I know I have touched on this before but I am still working on getting some editing software so that i can eventually make actual videos that have substance, story and some comedy in them.  It's coming, I promise.

Onto other news.

We finally got the keys to our new place in Oakhurst, we went down Friday and payed the first months rent and put some boxes inside the place.  Now to do the big huge move that I am definetly not looking forward to in any way shape or form, trust me, it's going to suck.  I dont mind moving persay, but when it comes to the physical act of "moving", well that's when I start to not like it.  Luckily I have a bunch of friends who can help out with the move so that should make it less of a chore and more of a fun thing to do.  Who knows, maybe we can have a big going away party in the empty house that we are moving from, that would be pretty awesome.

Another thing.

I want to find musicians to play some music with.  That is all.

Hi everyone, its been a week or two since I have written anything on this blog and there is a reason...
My FUCKING adsense got disabled!!!!!!!!!!!  I haven't even done anything and the best part is that there was no explanation waht so ever other than this.

What the fuck is this?!?!?!  Learn More?  how bout an explanation like...

"you dont get enough views" or, "you dont have enough followers" or, you dont qaulify do to..."

instead it send me to a learn more page that gives me a ton of options that it might be and still doesn't give me the exact reason why.  I didn't really even expect to make much, maybe a dollar a month if that, now I have to call their supoort line and deal with that crap.  UGH, those are some first world problems for you right^_^

On to other things that are not me ranting about nonsense and things that dont matter what so ever.

So far they have onyl been vlog's but I am currently in the process of looking for a good editing program so that i can make videos with actual content and function.  I think I will still record with my Fip HD until i can afford a nice camera or at least a nice regular camera that still does good enough qaulity video.  I have a bunch of ideas in my head and am looking to bring them to everyone, look forward to something fun, new and most importantly awesome.  Go to my youtube page and friend me/subscribe so that you can keep up to date with what I am doing visually.

Onision

So I have been looking for new YouTube channels to subscribe to as of lately and i recently have gotten into some videos made by a YouTuber by the name of Onision.  His videos are completely random but so so so awesome at the same time.  The funny thing is that at first I kind of thought his videos were shit, but after checking out a bunch of the other videos he has I just kind of grew to love the stuff that he puts out.  So I highly recommend that you check him out and check out his channel as well, I don't really think that you will be disappointed and if you are, well then you can suck my wiener.

I have recently been trying to keep a lot of my other pages with the same name as this and my YouTube page that way its just the same thing for all of my sites.  The only page that doesn't really go by this is my Twitter which is @Aflarida(FOLLOW ME!!!).  But anyways, check out my other pages.

Back to writing and not shamelessly plugging my other sites...

So as of recent I have been growing my hair out, I am pretty set on this because it has been a long time since I have had longer hair and to be honest I just want to see what it would look like.  Its funny because I am in the awkward Beatles hair phase where you just look like a good with a bowl cut.  This is the hardest part for me to get past because I realize that I look kind of ridiculous but I know that I just have to stay with it and get past the stupid looking hair phase.  I have also been thinking about how I will cut it if I do decide to cut my hair and I have concluded that I will be giving myself(Actually a hair salon will be giving me a mullet).  I have thought long and hard on this and have come to the conclusion that mullets are FUCKING AWESOME!!!!  fact fact fact...
